Axcis Education are looking for special needs teaching assistants and support workers and is appealing to any youth workers across Wiltshire that may be looking for a new challenge but still wish to utilise skills they have already acquired in their current line of work. Even if it is a case that you have been a supportive ear to a vulnerable child and helped them through a difficult time, you will have skills that can greatly help in a school environment. Whilst relevant training and qualifications are great, experience is just as important, so if you have nothing on paper but have a good work history working with vulnerable children and adults, schools will still be happy to have you!
