Job Title: Youth Worker -£80 per day
A Post16 College in Merton is looking for a passionate and dynamic Youth Worker to join their team immediately. The successful Youth Worker will be working supporting young adults in their academic learning on a daily basis, particularly students with challenging behavior.
This is a mainstream Post16 College that delivers education and vocational courses to students aged 16-18. There are a number of sites across South London and this role will be based in the college's mainstream college building in Merton.
The successful Youth Worker will be supporting college-aged students on a full-time basis. You will need to have an enhanced child and adult DBS on the update service or be willing to pay for one to be considered for this role.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience supporting pupils within a mainstream education setting or in a special needs/PRU setting.
