Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEND - EYFS
Axcis Education is proud to be working with a lovely primary school that is looking for an experience SEND teaching assistant to join their EYFS Department on a full-time basis from November 2021.
The ideal SEND teaching assistant will have experience of supporting students with additional needs on a 1:1 basis in the Early Years. Strong experience of autism and complex needs is essential. The teaching assistant must have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Special Needs.
The role requires an experienced SEND teaching assistant to support a student in Year 6 with autism and complex needs. The student has social, communication difficulties and is working below his age expectation. He requires support on a 1:1 basis in every of school life especially in the classroom.
This lovely school is based in Trafford and has an excellent reputation locally. The school has a broad range of children of varying needs and backgrounds. Strong senior leaders ensure the child is at the centre of everything they do. Children at the school enjoy school life and are keen to come to school. Behaviour in this lovely school is excellent throughout.
From November, the school is keen to secure an experienced SEND teaching assistant for the entire academic year on a full-time basis.
