An 'Outstanding' primary school based in Ealing are looking for a SEND teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil in reception who has complex medical needs and is confined to a wheelchair. The ideal SEND teaching assistant will have a passion for working with SEND pupils and demonstrable experience of working with autism and complex medical needs the below points are essential when applying for this role: o Manual handling training o Team teach trained (negotiable) o Makaton trained o Intimate care trained o Worked as part of a team The school are keen to find someone who has previous experience in supporting medical needs and physical disabilities.
