Ideally you will have undertaken personal care and manual handling before and you will have supported individuals with autism, challenging behaviours, complex needs, medical needs and mental health issues such as depression, OCD and attachment disorders. We have a wide range of shifts available across all hours of the day and across all seven days. You will be supporting them with tasks which allow them to live independently in the community whether that's supporting them to get dressed, eat breakfast, take medication, attend social outings, support with their tenancies.
