Job Title: Support Worker - Neath
Axcis are working very closely with an adult and child care setting in Neath. We are looking for support workers who are flexible and reliable whom can work 37 hours over a seven day rota in a specialist setting in Neath. The shift patterns vary and you would be expected to be able to cover a mixture of these in the week. This would be to support Autistic adults and children with ASD & complex additional learning needs. You would be expected to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends, and have the flexibility to swap/change shifts at the last minute. The ideal candidate would need to have experience of working with autistic people and complex needs, with a minimum of having 1 years' experience via a social care provider. You will need to have an awareness within this field. PBM training is beneficial for this role. Remember this position is in Neath You will need to have a valid DBS on the update, suitable references will be required also. If you are interested in this field of work do let me know.
