Job Title: Primary Teacher
Axcis are urgently seeking a primary trained teacher, for a role in the Blackburn, East Lancashire area. The school is based on the outskirts of Blackburn and isn't easily accessible via public transport. The school are looking to appoint a hard working, empathetic and confident teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across KS1. The role will be predominantly based in year 1, but, on occasion, you may be expected to deliver in other classes. This rural, Ofsted graded "outstanding" school are looking for a hard working, qualified teacher who ideally, has some experience with SEND as many of their students have additional needs. The role, will be full time and school hours are 840am - 330pm Monday - Friday with a 30 minute lunch break. The role will require you to deliver full class teaching to students in KS1, many of whom, have additional needs including autism and moderate learning difficulties. The role will start as soon as possible, on a long term basis. The candidate, must hold a valid UK teaching qualification and, ideally, the candidate will have some experience working with students who have special educational needs. The candidate must be available full time and able to work in the Blackburn area.
