Axcis Education is working with a primary special school based in Trafford that is looking for an upper key stage 2 teacher from December 2021. The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with experience of teaching students with SEMH, as well as complex behavioural needs. A ability to forge a working relationship with disengaged students in essential, as is effective behavioural management and de-esculation techniques. As this is a primary role, a good understanding of the primary curriculum is essential, as well as effective differentiation. This special school is based in Trafford and has an excellent reputation.
