A mainstream secondary school in Knowsley is looking for a teacher assistant to assist with general in-class support with all key stages. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and compassionate with a strong ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults. The role is based in a large school with over 1,000 students and has excellent public transport links. You will be reporting to the head teacher and will help out with a variety of subjects alongside the teacher. Previous experience in a secondary school, childcare, or youth work will be beneficial as well as qualifications in support teaching.
