Job Title: Behaviour Mentors Needed in Brent!
Are you a reliable and responsible individual who wants to make a difference to young people with behavioural needs? Are you passionate about enabling others to achieve their potential, regardless of background or ability? If so, please get in touch today! A fantastic further education college in Willesden is seeking 8 behaviour mentors to join their current staff team following a surge in enrolment. Based just minutes from Dollis Hill station, this vibrant and inclusive college supports young people and adults right across the ability spectrum in a range of academic and vocational courses. They are currently seeking full time staff to work predominantly within their vocational courses - so they would be delighted to hear from anyone who has a practical background, from hairdressers to plumbers, carers to construction workers! The ideal candidate will be able to work 9am-5pm, 5 days per week. Ideally, they are seeking individuals who have some experience of working with young people, particularly those who have challenging behaviour and conditions such as autism. Most importantly, you should be able to make a strong commitment to both your students and the college alike, and be happy to become part of this thriving community. If you're a practical person looking to make a difference and also achieve job security, this is a fantastic opportunity - please call today!
