The position is general KS4 in-class support - you will be working 1-1 with the child and will need to be able to establish a good working relationship with them very quickly. The Y11 student is at risk of exclusion and presents with very challenging behaviour so resilience is a must. The role is full time. The right candidate will be an inventive and positive TA who has a proactive attitude and will be calm and unfazed by difficult situations.
