The successful candidate must be passionate about helping young people thrive. They must be resilient, empathetic, and professional all times. The school are seeking for a positive role model who model behaviour to the students, whilst acting as a mentor. Duties will include reinforcing positive behaviour, encourage pupils to be an active learner in lesson, provide 1:1 intervention such as reading/math. The working hours for this role are 8.30 am - 3.45 pm Monday- Friday.
