Axcis are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join an SEND school in the Tiverton area in Devon. The role starts ASAP and would be to work with secondary aged pupils with an EHCP of SEMH or ASC on a full time basis through until the end of the academic year. The school is a highly regarded secondary school that has a fantastic SEND department who are looking for experienced SEND staff to support SEMH or ASC pupils in a mainstream setting. The ideal candidate needs to be empathetic, engaging and have experience supporting SEMH pupils in a school environment. The role will be a mixture of 1:1 support with pupils throughout the mainstream and group work supporting 3-4 pupils within the SEND department. if you have at least 1 years experience supporting SEMH or ASC pupils of secondary age then please apply.
