Axcis Education is looking to recruit a number of traditional supply staff for a number of local Trafford schools to help them to cover staff absence on a planned and ad-hoc basis. The requirement would be as soon as possible and would continue throughout the academic year. The SEND Agency - Axcis Education proudly works with a number mainstream primary schools, secondary schools and specialist provisions – who are very often looking for SEND support staff on a supply basis to support them with internal staff absence. The needs are varied but often are to support students on a 1:1 basis, with small groups and as a general who class support. Students needs vary from ASC and complex needs, to SEMH and challenging behaviour. Your SEND experience and knowledge is valuable to the schools that we work with. Once fully registered with ourselves, you can select your available supply days (from 1-5 days per week) via our website and chose whether to be contacted in advance for work or on the morning for adhoc days too. The daily rate for supply work is between: £73-80 per day with working days generally running between 8.30am-3.30pm. This opportunity would be great for a retired teacher or support assistant; or a candidate looking for reduced days/ hours or responsibilities.
