Axcis education is looking for a fully qualified SEND teacher to work with students with a wide range of special educational needs (predominantly autism) at an excellent special school in the west London area. The role will start ASAP and will be a full time position. As this is a teaching position you will be expected to plan and mark lessons and may be required to attend out of hours department meetings. Situated in west London the school has excellent facilities and is housed in a purpose built site. The school caters for a wide variety of needs for students between the ages of 4-16 years old. The aim of the school is to provide a suitable environment with a high level of therapeutic support and excellent teaching to allow pupils with autism to achieve their full potential and to make the most of their intelligence, focus and skills. Teaching and learning will be based on the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the National Curriculum.
