Job Title: School Business Manager
Following a review of the senior leadership team structure Axcis Education are delighted to be recruiting for a school Business Manager at a wonderful special needs school based in S.Glos.
Candidates must have excellent leadership skills, be educated to degree level or equivalent and must have a higher qualification in personnel, CIPD level 5 minimum or equivalent with high level ICT skills (essential), with significant, practical and recent experience of HR management. The ideal candidate will also have experience of charity accounting (desirable).

The post of School Business Manager is crucial to the schools success in providing the best possible education and care to our pupils. Working closely with the CEO, this post will offer you the chance to become an important part of the Senior Leadership Team and make a real difference to the lives of the children in our care.
Competitive salary, 37.5 hours per week and 6.6 weeks paid holiday which includes an allowance for bank holidays.
