Axcis Education are working with a mainstream primary school in Plymouth who require a 1-1 teaching assistant on a part time basis. This role is 3 days per week, 8.30 – 3.30, term time only. The school would ideally like the 3 days to be Monday – Wednesday, although they can be flexible for the right candidate. The school is a two form entry primary setting, with approximately 400 children on roll. This position is to support a year 2 pupil with Asperger’s on a 1-1 basis. The school has good public transport links and so access to a vehicle is not essential. Previous experience working in a primary school setting would be preferred but is not essential.
