Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
I am looking for several learning support assistants to join a large and successful college in Stroud. The learning support positions are within the specialist provision which is located on the same campus as the main college. The provision is in it's own contained building, using innovative tools and a variety of sensory resources to stimulate and engage learners and prepare them for life after education. The majority of learners have PMLD, but the facility is not exclusively for this type of SEN. The roles will be across various classes, and your assistance will include helping the students academically and with their basic needs. Pay is £11.53 per hour. These are full-time positions working 8.30-3.30 Monday - Friday but part-time hours will also be considered so if you can only work 2-3 days a week then please do get in touch. The role is to run until at least Christmas and could become permanent for the right person.
