Axcis Education are recruiting for a teaching assistant to work at a college in Kirkby. You will work with students studying their A levels and will cater for students that have challenging behaviour and need extra support to help them re-engage their focus. Based in Kirkby, this is a top of the range college with excellent facilities. Based just off the M57, the college is easily accessible via car and public transport and boasts a generous staff car park. Having won several awards in the local community, the college was recently awarded outstanding by OFSTED. With around 500 students, this is a large college and you will be joining a team that are determined in creating a positive and enthusiastic environment. You will be working with groups of students, helping them with their class work and preparing for their exams. This is a permanent term time position and is an immediate start.
