Job Title: Candidate Consultant (Education Resourcer)
As the foremost supplier of quality special needs staffing solutions in the UK, Axcis Education continues to grow, and we are looking to expand our team in our Manchester office and appoint a Candidate Consultant (Resourcer).
Our Candidate Consultants are responsible for recruiting teaching assistants, support workers and teachers to work in schools, education provisions and residential settings to cover short and long term positions. You’ll be responsible for writing job adverts, building relationships with universities, colleges and job centres, looking through CV sites, speaking to new registrations, interviewing potential candidates both in person and via video, supporting the vetting team with getting their file cleared and then liaising with the Education Consultants to get the candidates placed into work.
The ideal person must be enthusiastic, hardworking, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy meeting people and speaking on the phone as well as be able to build relationships and rapport with others easily. We’d prefer it if you have some experience of working in the education sector, or experience in customer service or admin, however, this isn’t a deal breaker as full training and support will be given. What’s most important is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
