They have asked us to source a teaching assistant for a year 5 pupil who needs full time support due to his EHCP. The EHCP is for the child’s diagnosis of Autism and attachment disorder. The schools ideal candidate would be someone who can commit for the whole academic year as the pupil really needs the consistency. Prior experience of supporting autistic pupils is not essential but it would be advantageous.
