Job Title: 5 Afternoons - Teaching Assistant - Autism
Axcis Education is recruiting on behalf of a lovely primary school in the Heald Green area of Stockport. They are looking for a teaching assistant to join them from December 5 afternoons a week - on a longer-term basis. The ideal teaching assistant will have experience of working in the Early Years and with students with autism. Experience of working 1:1 is essential, as is an understanding of personal care. The student requires support throughout their school day. This lovely primary school is based in Stockport and is very local to train stations and bus links. Senior Leaders ensure that all children are included in a creative engaging curriculum. Strong teaching and learning is evident throughout the school, as is good behaviour. Staff enjoy working at this school and speak passionately about the work they do. This is a lovely primary school to be apart of. The role is part-time (12-3.15) each day of the week. Beginning December 1st, the role will run until the end of the academic year.
